We rapidly develop an understanding of your business processes, systems environment and your drivers that define success. We will then assess your company’s readiness to align its processes and people in each area, identify and access the optimal metrics to complete the business analysis and then develop a cost analysis. In each area we will develop an architectural framework for the business processes and the optimal infrastructure, identifying gaps and required steps. These steps will lead us to an overall program strategy and timetable for phased implementation of the optimal processes and technology enablers in each area. We will then develop high level work plans for each process implementation project, defining required resources, activities and schedules.

Once the project has begun we interview people to glean details about how they do their jobs. This knowledge is entered into our SRI system that maps processes and captures knowledge about how people function alone and in teams as part of the processes.

  1. We conduct a readiness assessment of the business and technical environments that sets the stage for the analysis and evaluations to come. This assessment includes:

    • High level reviews of business activities
    • Evaluation of current initiatives and systems applications

  2. Measurement of the business impact of the processes and ease of implementation including:
    • Direct Financial impact
    • Buy in from stakeholders
    • Improved effectiveness and quality as measured by ROI, reduced errors and future scaleability
    • Indirect impact of the enabled processes

  3. Factors assessed for ease of implementation include:
    • Total cost to optimize processes
    • Implementation and maintenance availability
    • Organizational readiness and fit
    • Technology infrastructure flexibility
