Kraig Kast leads a team of over 300 real estate wealth management professionals who provide estate and wealth planning, analysis, investments, lending, portfolio management including disposition, management and acquisition of investment grade real estate, research and education for high net worth clients. In his 25 year career in real estate as an advisor and investor, Kraig has been personally involved in real estate transactions with a value in excess of $900 million and has personally negotiated contracts ranging from $50,000 to $250 million.

Mr. Kast's professional experience includes client relationship and asset management, strategic planning, investment analysis and trustee services. Throughout his career, he has consistently been recognized nationally and internationally as a business leader and superior transaction manager. Prior to Atherton Trust, Kraig was with CB Richard Ellis. Previously he was with KPMG-Bearingpoint Consulting where he worked with executives in Global Fortune 1000 companies. In addition, Kraig was a co-founder of an Internet infrastructure company and a Vice President of Global Fortune 1000 companies, both domestically and internationally. Kraig previously rose through the ranks to become President of Huntington & Ross, a global consulting and professional services company where he worked with ministers of government and senior executives of global Fortune 1000 companies, as well as entrepreneur.  Kraig’s clients include: individual investors, family trusts & foundations, corporations, governments and humanitarian organizations throughout the world.

SIGNIFICANT ASSIGNMENTS:  Leased the world’s largest industrial park; led the billion dollar modernization of the commercial and industrial infrastructure of Saudi Arabia’s eastern province; negotiated office, retail, multi-family and industrial leases in the US, Canada, UK, Europe, Asia, Australia and Mexico; investment property advisor, investor, manager and partnership leader.
