Candidates may contact us via email, telephone or facsimile. Prescreening interviews in person may be held. Information from these meetings and communications is shared within Worthmore or with a pre-approved company on a need to know basis only. A candidate's personal or job history information is maintained in our database or stored on other storage media like CD's or paper. Our ISP uses the normal security precautions to protect digital information from outsiders.

Any information received from client companies is stored in digital format at our ISP with backup copies on CD at Worthmore's offices. Mutual non- disclosure agreements are signed only by authorized officers of Worthmore. Trade secret or other information disclosed to Worthmore by a client is bound by a mutual non-disclosure agreement.

Candidates

Any information submitted by you remains in our possession until you approve its release to a potential employer or a Worthmore executive search associate working on the search.

Clients

All information will remain in our possession until you approve its release, to potential candidates, on your behalf. Worthmore will not release information about your company without an engagement contract. We will not communicate any job opening in your company without your prior approval.

Third Party Partners

Your name or company information will not be sold to anyone. We do enable you to obtain information that could benefit your company or yourself through links to other sites. Once you leave Worthmore's site we receive no information about your browsing on other sites nor do we receive information or redistribute information about you or your company.
